Partecipante
Utente appartenente ad uno o più campi.
Giocatore manuale
Giocatore inserito manualmente dall'amministratore senza la creazione di un account FairLoop.
Guest
Giocatore temporaneo utilizzato esclusivamente per una specifica partita.
Invitato
Persona alla quale viene inviato un invito ad entrare in un campo.
Trattamento
Qualsiasi operazione effettuata sui dati personali ai sensi dell'articolo 4 del GDPR.
FairLoop è destinata ad utenti di età pari o superiore a 13 anni.
Gli utenti di età inferiore alla maggiore età devono utilizzare l'applicazione nel rispetto della normativa applicabile e, ove richiesto dalla legislazione del Paese di residenza, sotto la responsabilità o con l'autorizzazione di un genitore o di chi esercita la responsabilità genitoriale.
Il Titolare non raccoglie intenzionalmente dati personali di bambini al di sotto dell'età minima prevista.
Qualora venga accertata la registrazione di un utente non autorizzato, il relativo account potrà essere sospeso o eliminato.

I Guest non possiedono un account FairLoop. I Guest sono utilizzati esclusivamente per la specifica partita nella quale vengono inseriti e non possono accedere all'applicazione.

Il giocatore manuale non acquisisce automaticamente un account FairLoop né può accedere all'applicazione. Il giocatore manuale può essere successivamente invitato a creare un account FairLoop; fino a quel momento i dati sono utilizzati esclusivamente per l'organizzazione delle attività sportive.
Per esigenze organizzative gli amministratori possono inserire Guest temporanei.
Il Guest è utilizzato esclusivamente nell'ambito della specifica partita per la quale è stato creato.
Le informazioni relative ai Guest non vengono utilizzate per finalità differenti dall'organizzazione dell'evento sportivo.
FairLoop consente agli amministratori dei campi di invitare nuovi partecipanti.
Gli inviti possono essere effettuati attraverso le funzionalità messe a disposizione dall'applicazione.
Per consentire tale funzionalità possono essere trattati:

Gli inviti sono accessibili esclusivamente ai soggetti autorizzati secondo il modello di autorizzazione implementato dall'applicazione.
Una delle finalità principali di FairLoop consiste nella gestione delle attività sportive.

Le notifiche vengono inviate esclusivamente quando necessarie al corretto funzionamento del servizio. Le notifiche possono contenere esclusivamente le informazioni strettamente necessarie all'organizzazione delle attività sportive del campo.
L'invio delle notifiche push avviene esclusivamente dopo l'autorizzazione concessa dall'utente.
L'utente può revocare tale autorizzazione in qualsiasi momento attraverso le impostazioni del proprio dispositivo.
Il mancato consenso alle notifiche push non impedisce l'utilizzo delle altre funzionalità dell'applicazione.
FairLoop offre funzionalità gratuite e funzionalità disponibili tramite abbonamento Premium.
La gestione degli acquisti in-app è effettuata dagli store Apple e Google.
Per la sincronizzazione dello stato degli abbonamenti FairLoop utilizza la piattaforma RevenueCat.
Il Titolare non riceve né memorizza:
FairLoop riceve esclusivamente le informazioni necessarie per verificare lo stato dell'abbonamento e consentire l'accesso alle funzionalità Premium. RevenueCat tratta esclusivamente le informazioni tecniche necessarie alla gestione dello stato degli abbonamenti e non riceve i dati completi degli strumenti di pagamento dell'utente.
Per l'erogazione del servizio FairLoop si avvale di fornitori esterni che trattano dati personali esclusivamente nella misura necessaria allo svolgimento delle rispettive attività.

Le informazioni relative ai campi sportivi sono conservate finché il relativo campo rimane attivo.
Storico delle partite
Le informazioni relative alle partite, alle convocazioni, alle presenze, alle sostituzioni, alle statistiche e allo storico delle attività vengono conservate finché il campo rimane attivo.
La conservazione dello storico costituisce una funzionalità essenziale dell'applicazione e consente agli utenti di consultare le attività sportive svolte nel tempo.
Eliminazione del campo
Quando un campo viene eliminato o non è più necessario conservarne i dati, le informazioni vengono eliminate oppure anonimizzate secondo le procedure adottate dal Titolare.
Dati tecnici e Amministrativi
Alcuni dati tecnici e amministrativi possono essere conservati per il tempo necessario a:
L'utente può richiedere la cancellazione del proprio account direttamente attraverso le funzionalità messe a disposizione dall'applicazione.
La cancellazione dell'account comporta la rimozione dei dati direttamente associati all'utente. Alcune informazioni potranno essere conservate nei limiti consentiti dalla normativa applicabile quando ciò sia necessario per garantire l'integrità dello storico sportivo del campo, adempiere ad obblighi di legge o tutelare i diritti del Titolare.
L'eliminazione dell'account non comporta necessariamente la cancellazione immediata di ogni riferimento storico presente nelle attività sportive del campo, qualora tale conservazione sia necessaria per preservarne la coerenza e l'integrità.

Guest
A temporary player used exclusively for a specific match.
Invited
A person who is sent an invitation to join a match.

FairLoop is intended for users aged 13 or over.
Users under the age of majority must use the application in accordance with applicable legislation and, where required by the law of their country of residence, under the responsibility of or with the authorisation of a parent or person exercising parental responsibility.

Should the registration of an unauthorised user be detected, the relevant account may be suspended or deleted.

In-app purchases are managed by the Apple and Google stores.
