I presenti Termini e Condizioni disciplinano l’utilizzo dell’applicazione FairLoop (di seguito “FairLoop” o “App”).
Installando, registrandosi o utilizzando FairLoop, l’utente dichiara di aver letto, compreso e accettato integralmente i presenti Termini.
Qualora l’utente non intenda accettare i presenti Termini, è invitato a non utilizzare l’App.

FairLoop è un’applicazione destinata all’organizzazione di attività sportive tra gruppi di utenti.
L’App consente, tra l’altro, di:
FairLoop non costituisce un servizio di organizzazione professionale di eventi sportivi né un servizio di intermediazione.
L’utilizzo dell’App è consentito agli utenti che abbiano almeno 13 anni.
Gli utenti minorenni devono utilizzare FairLoop nel rispetto della normativa applicabile e, ove richiesto, con il consenso o sotto la responsabilità di un genitore o di chi esercita la responsabilità genitoriale.
L’utente garantisce che le informazioni fornite durante la registrazione siano corrette e aggiornate.
Per utilizzare FairLoop è necessario creare un account oppure autenticarsi mediante uno dei sistemi supportati.
L’utente è responsabile della riservatezza delle proprie credenziali di accesso e di tutte le attività svolte tramite il proprio account.
L’utente si impegna a comunicare tempestivamente eventuali utilizzi non autorizzati del proprio account.
L’utente si impegna a utilizzare FairLoop in modo conforme alla legge, ai presenti Termini e ai principi di correttezza e buona fede.
È vietato, a titolo esemplificativo:
Il Titolare può sospendere o chiudere gli account che violino i presenti Termini.
Ogni amministratore è responsabile della gestione del proprio campo.
L’amministratore è responsabile:
Il Titolare non è responsabile delle decisioni organizzative adottate dagli amministratori dei campi.
L’amministratore può inserire giocatori manuali o Guest esclusivamente per finalità organizzative.
L’amministratore dichiara di essere autorizzato a inserire tali dati e si assume la responsabilità del relativo trattamento, nei limiti consentiti dalla normativa applicabile.
FairLoop può offrire funzionalità gratuite e funzionalità Premium accessibili tramite abbonamento.
Le caratteristiche del piano Premium sono descritte all’interno dell’App e possono essere aggiornate nel tempo.
Gli acquisti in-app sono gestiti esclusivamente dagli store Apple App Store e Google Play Store.
I pagamenti, i rinnovi automatici, gli annullamenti, le richieste di rimborso e la gestione delle modalità di pagamento sono disciplinati dai termini e dalle condizioni dei rispettivi store.
FairLoop non memorizza né tratta i dati completi delle carte di pagamento degli utenti.
I prezzi degli abbonamenti sono quelli indicati nello store al momento dell’acquisto.
Eventuali modifiche ai prezzi si applicheranno esclusivamente secondo le regole previste dallo store di riferimento.
L’App, il software, il logo, il nome FairLoop, l’interfaccia grafica e tutti i contenuti originali sono protetti dalla normativa sulla proprietà intellettuale.
Salvo quanto consentito dalla legge, è vietato copiare, modificare, distribuire, decompilare o utilizzare tali contenuti senza autorizzazione del Titolare.
Il Titolare si impegna a mantenere FairLoop operativa, ma non garantisce la disponibilità continua e ininterrotta del servizio.
L’App può essere temporaneamente sospesa per manutenzione, aggiornamenti, problemi tecnici o cause indipendenti dalla volontà del Titolare.
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, il Titolare non è responsabile per:
FairLoop costituisce uno strumento di supporto all’organizzazione delle attività sportive e non garantisce il buon esito delle stesse.
Il Titolare può sospendere o interrompere il servizio, in tutto o in parte, per motivi tecnici, organizzativi, di sicurezza o legali.
Quando ragionevolmente possibile, gli utenti saranno informati con congruo anticipo.
L’utente può richiedere la cancellazione del proprio account direttamente tramite l’App.
La cancellazione è disciplinata anche dalla Privacy Policy di FairLoop.
Il trattamento dei dati personali è disciplinato dalla Privacy Policy di FairLoop, che costituisce parte integrante dei presenti Termini.
Il Titolare può modificare i presenti Termini per adeguarli a evoluzioni normative, tecniche o funzionali.
La versione aggiornata sarà resa disponibile attraverso i canali ufficiali di FairLoop.
L’utilizzo continuato dell’App dopo la pubblicazione delle modifiche costituisce accettazione dei nuovi Termini.
I presenti Termini sono disciplinati dalla legge italiana.
Per gli utenti qualificabili come consumatori resta fermo il foro previsto dalla normativa vigente a tutela del consumatore.
Per quanto non espressamente previsto si applicano le disposizioni del Codice Civile italiano e della normativa applicabile.

FairLoop is an application designed to organise sporting activities amongst groups of users.
Among other things, the app allows users to:
FairLoop is neither a professional sports event organisation service nor a brokerage service.
Use of the App is permitted for users aged 13 or over.
Minors must use FairLoop in accordance with applicable legislation and, where required, with the consent of or under the supervision of a parent or person exercising parental responsibility.
The user warrants that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
To use FairLoop, you must create an account or log in using one of the supported systems.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out via your account.
You undertake to report any unauthorised use of your account without delay.
You undertake to use FairLoop in accordance with the law, these Terms and the principles of fairness and good faith.
The following, by way of example, are prohibited:
The Data Controller may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Each administrator is responsible for managing their own sports ground.
The administrator is responsible for:
The Owner is not responsible for organisational decisions taken by pitch administrators.
The administrator may add manual players or guests solely for organisational purposes.
The administrator declares that they are authorised to enter such data and assumes responsibility for its processing, within the limits permitted by applicable legislation.
FairLoop may offer free features and Premium features accessible via a subscription.
The features of the Premium plan are described within the App and may be updated from time to time.
In-app purchases are managed exclusively by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Payments, automatic renewals, cancellations, refund requests and the management of payment methods are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective stores.
FairLoop does not store or process users’ full payment card details.
Subscription prices are those shown in the store at the time of purchase.
Any changes to prices will apply exclusively in accordance with the rules set out by the relevant store.
The App, the software, the logo, the name ‘FairLoop’, the graphical interface and all original content are protected by intellectual property law.
Except where permitted by law, it is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, decompile or use such content without the Owner’s authorisation.
The Owner undertakes to keep FairLoop operational, but does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service.
The App may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, technical issues or reasons beyond the Owner’s control.
To the extent permitted by law, the Data Controller shall not be liable for:
FairLoop is a tool designed to support the organisation of sporting activities and does not guarantee their successful outcome.
The Data Controller may suspend or terminate the service, in whole or in part, for technical, organisational, security or legal reasons.
Where reasonably possible, users will be given reasonable notice.
Users may request the deletion of their account directly via the App.
Account deletion is also governed by FairLoop’s Privacy Policy.
The processing of personal data is governed by FairLoop’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
The Data Controller may amend these Terms to bring them into line with regulatory, technical or functional developments.
The updated version will be made available via FairLoop’s official channels.
Continued use of the App following the publication of the amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For users classified as consumers, the jurisdiction provided for by current consumer protection legislation remains applicable.
In matters not expressly provided for herein, the provisions of the Italian Civil Code and applicable legislation shall apply.
